Have you heard about the Work Ready Scheme? 

WorkReady is a South Australian Government initiative that supports funding for training, employment and skilled activities. It targets training and employment opportunities to the needs of people, strategic industries and regions.

WorkReady Qualifications is a new approach to the way qualifications are offered that will simplify and streamline application and assessment processes for non-TAFE training providers.

  • Responsive to the training and employment needs and opportunities in regional communities.

They want to build a skilled, capable and work ready workforce able to fill current and emerging job opportunities within emerging job markets and focus on three key areas;

  2. Skilling for jobs
  3. Skilling for the future
What does this mean for you? 

As an individual, you will be provided with the skills needed for entry-level employment through relevant study. This will link you to real job opportunities thorugh an upfront assessment of individual learning and support needs.

You are be able to choose any course from the subsidised list of courses and any approved provider who offers the course.
